PC embossed sheets are widely sued for glazing & lighting, canopy roofing, bathroom, partition & shelters, interior designing etc.
This kind of embossed and frosted sheet is solid polycarbonate sheet with a texture on one surface. The purpose of texturing is toincrease surface abrasion resistance, protect privacy, provide light diffusion, reduce light pollution.
This machine is specially used to produce the polycarbonate universal solid sheets, which is as clear as glass, but the density of PC is only half of glass. And the PC solid sheet is with high impact resistance, which is also called " Unbreakable glass" . By changing the three rollers calendars, this line can also produce frosted solid sheets, diffusion solid sheets, embossed solid sheets and anti-scratch solid sheet etc for different applications.
