1) PLA, APET, PETG, CPET single-layer or multi-layer sheet extrusion machine

2) CPET sheet
CPET is a kind of modified PET, with good resistance to high temperature, It is usually used for package in microwave oven.
 
3)PET stereoscopic optical grating sheet
It can be used as top grade package for cosmetics, medicine, tobacco & alcohol and common goods such as stationery, advertisements, posters and all kinds of cards.

4)PLA sheet
PLA is a kind of line shape Aliphatic Polyesters. PLA can be used in rigid package of fruits, vegetables, eggs, cooked food and roast food, also can be used for packaging of sandwich, biscuit and some other packages like fresh flower.

Single screw extruder
This extruder can be vacuum-exhausted type according to the different materials.
The screw and barrel are specially designed according to different materials.
Main electrical parts adopts ABB,Omron,RKC,Carlo,Siemens, Eurotherm, high precision.
Extruder can be Siemens PLC touch screen controlled.

hydraulic exchanging unit is single plate, double position, non-stop, no leakage, stable performance.

 

Three Roller calendar
The three rollers of the three-roll calender work together to apply pressure to the plastic that has been extruded into a slab
after being extruded by the die head, and press the slab into the required thickness to make the thickness uniform and the surface smooth.
