Abrasion Resistant PC Polycarbonate Sheet Extrusion Machine
This machine consists of main extruder, co-extruder, hydraulic filter, melting pump, T-die head, three roller calendars and other downstream parts, like cooling frame, haul off and cutter, which can continuously produce the abrasion resistance PC sheet. This kind of sheet is good substitution of glass for construction glazing, 250-300 times impact resistance, but only half weight of glass, also called "unbreakable glass".
By changing the three rollers calendars, this line can also produce frosted solid sheets, diffusion solid sheets, embossed solid sheets and anti-scratch solid sheet etc for different applications.
The PC abrasion resistant sheet's one or both sides is with hard coated material, offering excellent abrasion resistance, excellent aging resistance, impact resistance and optical clarity. It is ideal for security glazing and defense applications.
