Diffusion panel/frosted solid sheet is applicable to LED lighting lamps. such as down lights, grille, high-grade aluminum lamps. Diffusion plate suitable for side light LED lighting, like flat panel lights, advertising light boxes, professional film viewer, usually used with light guide panel.
Diffusion panel/frosted solid plate is light diffusion layer of the substrate such as PC/PMMA/PS, met with the refractive index difference of medium (proliferation of particles), multi-angle, multi-directional refraction, reflection and scattering phenomena in order to light diffusion effect, provides a uniform surface light source to display lighting components.
PS light diffusion sheet technical features:The sheet is lighter than PC, PMMA and so on, greatly reducing the transportation costs. Transmittance is above 75%, and to be large-scale used for its cheaper but relative in performance with the PC, PMMA and so on.
Polycarbonate solid sheet technical features:
1) Impact strength: 850J/m.The impact resistance of polycarbonate solid sheet is about 200 times of common glass,20 times of acrylic sheets.
