This extrusion line consists of Vacuum feeding machine ,SJ120-33 screw extruder,Hydraulic screen changer, melt-pumps, feedblock, T-die, T-die frame, Three roller calendar, cooling frame, first haul-off machine, edge cutting, oven, second haul-off machine, Protective film covering unit, transverse cutting machine, stacker,electronic control system. The entire length of the production line is about 23 meters
Features of PP/PE/HIPS/ABS/EVA/EVOH plate extrusion line:
1.PP/PE/HIPS/ABS/EVA/EVOH single layer or multi-layer sheet extrusion line using high-speed energy-saving stable screw, output increased by more than 25% compared to similar products
2. Special harden treatment and non-sticky coating on the surface.
3. Special design calibrating device, each individual control;
4. Specific temperature control device, reduce heat shrinkage, simple operation.
5.The technology of hollow sheet die with co-extrusion feed block to get UV+PC+UV, UV+PC hollow sheet can save 30% UV on the surface.
