PP/PS package sheet /stationery decoration sheet extrusion lines: PP/PS sheet is widely used for food, electrical component package;different kinds of sand, transparent, inclined grain decoration sheet. We are able to supply multi-layers sheet extrusion machine as customer's requirements, the output range is from 100-1200kg/h for option.

PP, EVA, EVOH multi-layer sheet co-extrusion line
we developed advanced technology of five layer symmetrical distribution and seven layer asymmetrical distribution, which makes the produced sheets having better barrier performance, excellent anti-oxygen and anti-humidity. Mainly used for Jelly packing, meat packing, snack food packing and etc, medicine and cosmetic packing.

Single screw extruder
This extruder can be vacuum-exhausted type according to the different materials.
The screw and barrel are specially designed according to different materials.
Main electrical parts adopts ABB,Omron,RKC,Carlo,Siemens, Eurotherm, high precision.
Extruder can be Siemens PLC touch screen controlled.

Material:1.2311A, high quality die steel
hydraulic exchanging unit is single plate, double position, non-stop, no leakage, stable performance.

 

Three Roller calendar
The three rollers of the three-roll calender work together to apply pressure to the plastic that has been extruded into a slab
after being extruded by the die head, and press the slab into the required thickness to make the thickness uniform and the surface smooth.
