PP PE Thick Board Extrusion Line sheet extruder machine
PART 1: INTRODUCTION AND APPLICATION:
This extrusion line is specially designed to produce PE board sheet. Compared with the old two-step forming process, one step forming is more effetive, less consumption, higher intention.
PP/PE thick board: widely used for chemical industry, electronics, machinery, automobiles parts, medicine and also water treatment and other fields.
ABS board: featured in excellent thermoplastic, flame retardant and high impact resistance, widely used for tops of cars and buses, instrument boards, backseat boards, car doors, window frame, out shell of the motorcycles, golf vehicles etc.
Rigid PVC thick board : widely used in chemical industry, petrol, electroplating, water purifying equipment, environment-friendly equipment , lamp house and advertisements, etc.
Product specification: Sheet width: 1000-2500mm, sheet thickness: 3-30mm
Processed material: PE virgin or recycle material
PART 3: Main Technical Parameter:
PART 4: GUARANTEE TIME AND AFTER SALE SERVICE:
1. Warranty for machinery: 18 months for mechanical parts, 12 months for electrical parts.
2. The seller will dispatch one or two (1 or 2) engineers from the seller to the buyer's factory for installation and commissioning and training. The buyer should bear the cost of air-tickets, hotel and food, and 80 USD/day for each engineer.
