1. single screw extruder
Axial thrust using ZLYJ series of professional single-screw rubber extruder supporting the design of high precision hardened thrust seat belt gear box, front-end configuration of the output shaft thrust bearing to withstand the screw at work, the whole small size, carrying capacity, smooth transmission, low noise, high efficiency;
2 Die-head
the sheet die: hanger die with two throttle design, sheet thickness accurately. Temperature control ± 1 ºC can accurately control the plasticizing process and sheet thickness, flatness. 3. three-roll calender:
