SHORT DESCRIPTION:
In order to help water flow and to ensure long service life, large sized concrete pipes are usually lined inside with ceramic tiles. However, to reduce high production costs, a HDPE sheet application has been designed as inside lining instead of ceramic tiles. This sheet has a particular profile which allows its installation and anchoring in the concrete at the time of the casting process, by means of a series of longitudinal T's. This means that the concrete pipe inner surface is indeed like any standard HDPE pipe inner surface, featured with all resulting advantages.

T-GRIP SHEETS EXTRUSION:
This particular HDPE T-grip sheets extrusion line adopts single screw extruder, flat T-die extrusion process and special calendar with contoured roller producing the longitudinal T's calibrating technology, and the according downstream machines parts, like cooling frames and edges trimming and slitting unit, rubber rollers haul off machine, transverse cutter, conveying table etc, A highly efficient cooling system enables to obtain sheets up to 4-5 mm thickness.

HDPE T GRIP SHEETS ADVANTAGES AND APPLICATIONS: 
These sheets consist of a smooth surface and a surface with parallel T-shaped anchors. These anchors are formed directly during extrusion and are an integral part of the sheet. The anchors then remain embedded in the concrete when casting - isolating it from the damaging effects of aggressive elements. HDPE T-Grip Liner also represents an important step forward in the physical properties of buildings in general, whether prefabricated or cast in situ. The elongation at break enables the lining not to break when subjected to stress - unlike the protective coatings realized with paints or others. Additional benefits such as increased load capacity through a low coefficient of friction when used to convey liquids make the liner a cost-effective solution for a wide variety of applications.

These HDPE T-grip sheets are mainly being used for protecting concrete pipes from corrosion. PE 'T' rib lining is flexible HDPE sheet liner with T shape locking extensions used to line rcc pipes, concrete tunnels, wet walls, manholes, chambers, wastewater treatment plants and canals. Its main application is lining of sewage concrete pipes and tunnels used for west water management. 5. When the machine is ready, customers come to our factory to testing machine.

6. Send us the 70% balanced payment and we will arrange delivery.

1. Warranty for machinery: 18months for mechanical parts, 12 months for electrical parts.

During the guranteed time, damages because of machine itself,we will change new ones for you free.

Damaged made by human, we will also change new one for you based your extra cost.

3. Installtion and commissioning

The seller will dispatch four 1-2 engineers from the seller to the buyer's factory for installation and commissioning and training till the buyer's workers can operate the machines independently.
