This PVC sheet making machine is  composed of special twin-screw extruder, T-die head and downstream equipments. This machine has the features of high output, stable extrusion, high foaming, smooth and wearable surface etc. And also our company will supply the customer raw material formulation and whole processing technology. 

PART 1 APPLICATIONS:
PVC sheet has such characteristics of good plasticization, easy to form, high tension, accurate products color controlling , high capacity, fireproof, economical and can be replaced PVC cast sheet. PVC edge band is widely used in furniture edge banding and skinning.

PART 5 DELIVERY, PAYEMNET AND SERVICE:
1.   delivery time: 80 working days after receiving the deposit 
2.   payment terms:30% for the prepayment by T/T and 70% for the downpayment by T/T before delivery or irrevocable L/C at sight can be available, too.
3.   Packing details: wooden pallets and cases with stretching films 
4.   Guaranteed time: 18 months for the machenical parts and 12 months for the electrical parts.
5.   Service: we will send 1-2 engineers to customers' factory to help them install, test the machine and also train their workers, but customers should bear the round tickets, accommodation, and salary etc.
