This extrusion line consists of vacuum feeding machine ,SRL-Z500/1000A, SJSZ80-156 screw extruder, Hydraulic screen changer, melt-pumps, feedblock, T-die, T-die frame, Three roller calendar, cooling frame, film coating, edge cutting, oven, cutting machine, haul-off machine,sheets conveying table, stacker, electronic control system. The entire length of the production line is about 24 meters. We always adapt European advanced technologe,  and  in strict accordance with the standards to make extrusion line. So, we own the high quality.

ABS/HIPS/GPPS
It has wide application in production of refrigerator door and inner gallbladder, drawers, water dispensers, etc.

ABS/PMMA Sanitary ware plate
It is widely applied in the field of bath products, such as the bathtub, the shower cabinet, the vapor room, washing bowl, etc.

ABS/PC Baggage plate
It is mainly applied in field of draw-bar boxes, luggage cases, recreation bags, etc.

ABS/ABS + PC Car plate
It is mainly used in to produce tops of cars and buses, instrument boards, backrest, car doors, window frames, shells of the motorcy-cles, golf vehicles, etc
