500kg/h PC Polycarbonate Multiwall Hollow Grid Roofing Sheet Extruder Machine
This pc hollow sheet extrusion machine realizes continuous production of PC hollow grid sheet, which is applicable to construction decoration, advertisement collocation, and noise insulation of highway as well as packaging. It is characterized by light weight, high intensity,high transparency dampproof, and anticorrosion.
The technology of hollow sheet die with co-extrusion feed block to get UV+PC+UV, UV+PC hollow sheet can save 30% UV on the surface.
PART 1 SHEET SPECIFICATIONS:

Sheet thickness is 4mm-6mm-8mm-10mm-12mm.

MAIN PARTS FEATURES
1. Extruder: The specially designed screw and the advanced controlling system ensure excellent plasticization,
high output and stable extruding.
2. Screen changer: Quick screen changer of hydraulic system ensures the short course of screen changing.
3. Mould: Mould adopts high-quality alloy steel and throtting device to guarantee even thickness of the plate.
4. Vacuum calibrating table: Heating exchanging and cooling system of quick speed in calibrating system alternate
effectively and ordinally with vacuum system, which ensures calibrating precision.
5. Tractor: There are two tractors. The first one is of high power, high reduction ratio, multi-roller type, well low-speed
operation, and in addition it is equipped with edge-cutting device to ensure the valid width and smooth cut of the edges.
6. Stress remover: The advanced large area conductive heating mode can effectively remove the stress of plate and
further improve planeness of the plate.
7. Cutting machine: Accurate instant length-fixed cutting and automatic up-down discharging system combined with
alloy steel sharp blade realize high quality of cutting.
