The extrusion line consist of Automatic vacuum feeding machine 1set, High efficiency single screw extruder (120/35 or 120/38) 1set, Hydraulic exchanging unit 1 set, Hydraulic screen unit 1set, Melting gear pump 1set,T-die head(JC times brand) 1set, three roller calendar(alloy steel material ) 1set, Rollers thermoforming machine 1set, Cooling frame and edge cutting unit 1set, Protective films coating unit 1set, Haul off machine 1set, Plastic cutting machine-guillotine 1set, Stacker 1set, Electrical cabinet (ABB, Omron, RKC, Schneider, SIEMENZ etc), Spare parts 1set. The entire length of the production line is about 24 meters. We always adapt European advanced technologe, and in strict accordance with the standards to make extrusion line. Application:
Diffusion panel is applicable to direct type and side type light source LED lighting.
Direct type light source led light, like downlights, grille lights, high grade aluminum lights.
Side type light source led light, like flat panel lights, advertising light boxes, professional
film viewer, usually used with light guide panel.
