Tihs foam extrusion machine newly designed and produced by Leader Machinery adopts the latest advanced technologu, impoted die head and other parts, which can make the foam ratio up to 3 times.
widely used in the field of stationery,  handbags, luggage, cosmetics, commodity, plastic containers for medicine, food, drink, alcohol, pesticides, engine oil, chemical industry and glass bottles sealing/gaskets etc. 

PE micro foam sheet extrusion machine adopts T-type die head and three roller calendars technology to produce high smoothly micro foam sheets. It is foamed by add some foaming additives, also called chemical foamed.

How to buy our machines? Operation Guide As Follows:

If you want plastic pipe, plz Inform us pipe diameter & thickness (SDR)
If you want plastic sheet, plz inform us sheet width & thickness&applications
If you want plastic profile, plz send us general size, picture or drawings.
2. We will send you the quotation details according to your requirements.
3. Discuss each item of the quotation and get the agreement.
4. Sign the P/I and Contract and send us 40% prepayment and we will begin to arrange production.
5. When the machine is ready, customers come to our factory to testing machine.
6. Send us the 60% balanced payment and we will arrange delivery.

Quality Guarantee and After Sale Service
1. Warranty for machinery: 18months for mechanical parts, 12 months for electrical parts.
During the guranteed time, damages because of machine itself,we will change new ones for you free.
Damaged made by human, we will also change new one for you based your extra cost.
2. Technical service and support will be forever.
3. The seller will dispatch four 1-2 engineers from the seller to the buyer's factory for installation and commissioning and training till the buyer's workers can operate the machines independently.
