LEADER designed PP PE ABS vacuum forming thick sheets/board extrusion line mainly consist of mixing type dryer, single screw extruders with or without degassing, hydraulic screen changer, melting gear pumps, T die, and downstream parts-three roller calendars, IR heater, cooling frame and edges trimming unit, corona unit, haul off and transverse cutter, discharging stacker or conveyor or automatic stacker with manipulator as optional parts.
This line is specially used for producing PP/PE/PS/ABS single layer or multi-layer sheet or plate, suitable in the fields of packaging, stationery, chemicals, construction, household appliances and so on.

FEATURES OF THIS EXTRUSION LINE
1. Extruder: Special screw structure, imported world-known thermocontrollers, electronics, hard gear face reducers to ensure high effective material extrusion capacity.
Advanced screw and barrel structure design can realize the raw material good plasticization and stable pressure and reliable extrusion. Hard screw and barrel, special structure design of screw is suitable for PP/PE material, 100% recycled material possible. The single screw extruder can be designed as vacuum degassing type or without based on clients' requirements.
2.Hydraulic screen changer can effectively block the impurities from the raw material.Imported MAAG brand Melt gearing pump is equipped to guarantee the raw material pressure more stable.
2. T -type die head:
High quality specially designed T die head, adopts standard 2311A mould steel and strict polishing and precise ele-chromed.Suitable compression ratio to ensure uniform flow stability.
3. Three-roller calendar:
According to the material properties, adopting vertical three-roller, oblique three-roller, horizontal three-roller calendar. Internal roller temperature control using a unique flow channel, so that the stability of uniform distribution roller. The independent oil temperature control for three roller to ensure more stable and exact control.
The three roller calendars can adopt horizontal type, oblique type, vertical type or other angles type designs to meet different types of sheets extrusion. The driving system of the roller calendars can be common reduced motor control or servo motors control.
4. Cooling frame: According to product specifications, configurations with different specifications of the stainless steel cooling roller
